Scarlett leads the day-to-day delivery of It's Paw Choice Pet Services, providing reliable one-to-one care tailored to each pet's routine, personality and needs.

She is passionate about dogs and committed to making every visit safe, positive and genuinely valuable — whether that means exercise, enrichment, feeding, companionship or a carefully planned combination.

Scarlett is also working towards becoming a Canine Behaviourist, developing her practical knowledge under the guidance of Craig Dunn, Canine Behaviour Specialist and owner of It's Paw Choice. She is not presented as a qualified behaviourist; this ongoing training strengthens her understanding of body language, safe handling and when a concern needs specialist review.

Can I mix walking and home care?

Yes. Your booked visit can include any agreed combination of walking, feeding, fresh water, play, enrichment, toilet breaks and companionship.

What is a Care Plan?

A Care Plan is a regular recurring booking with priority diary allocation. Flexible bookings are occasional and subject to availability.

Do you offer pack walks?

No. Care is one-to-one unless multiple pets live within the same household and have been approved to be cared for together.

Can you work with reactive dogs?

Potentially, subject to suitability. Any behavioural risk is reviewed carefully, and Craig may require a separate behaviour assessment before pet-care visits begin.

Will I receive updates?

Yes. A photo and concise visit update can be sent after each visit so you know your pet has been cared for safely.

How do I pay?

Recurring Care Plans are arranged securely through Stripe. Flexible visits are confirmed and paid through It's Paw Choice before the service takes place.

Premium Pet Care is available within approximately 15 miles of Guisborough, including Nunthorpe, Marton, Coulby Newham, Ormesby, Normanby, Eston, Middlesbrough, Great Ayton, Stokesley, Redcar, Marske-by-the-Sea, New Marske, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and Skelton-in-Cleveland. All bookings remain subject to diary availability and travel practicality.
