These Terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business by setting out clear expectations before behaviour work begins.

Behaviour Assessments are designed to understand the underlying causes of your dog's behaviour before practical recommendations are made.
Recommendations are based on the information available during the assessment. If additional information becomes available later, recommendations may change accordingly.
Owners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their dog's behaviour, medical history and previous incidents.
Behaviour Packages are tailored to the individual dog and owner. Session content is adapted based on progress, welfare considerations and ongoing assessments.
Dogs learn at different rates. Because behaviour is influenced by many factors, no specific behavioural outcome can ever be guaranteed.
Successful behaviour change relies heavily on owner consistency, management and implementation between sessions.
Bookings are confirmed once payment arrangements have been agreed.
Payments may be made using Stripe or bank transfer where offered.
Digital Academy purchases provide access to the purchased product only.
Payment must be completed before behaviour services or academy access is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If It's Paw Choice Dog Training needs to rearrange an appointment due to illness, emergencies, severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
Where outdoor sessions are unsafe due to weather or other safety concerns, appointments may be rescheduled or adapted to prioritise welfare and safety.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their dog's behaviour, health, previous training and any history of aggression, biting or safety concerns before appointments take place.
Owners remain responsible for their dog's behaviour at all times. Advice and recommendations should be followed carefully and any concerns should be discussed before attempting exercises that may compromise safety.

✔ Inform us of any significant behavioural or medical changes.
Behaviour work involves living animals whose responses are influenced by genetics, learning history, health, environment and owner consistency.
Whilst every effort is made to provide professional guidance, no behaviour outcome can ever be guaranteed.
Progress depends heavily upon consistent implementation of the recommendations provided during assessments and follow-up sessions.
It's Paw Choice Dog Training accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss resulting from advice not being followed, inaccurate information being provided or recommendations being altered without discussion.
Veterinary diagnosis and treatment always remain the responsibility of the dog's veterinary surgeon.
Clients remain responsible for supervising their dog around children, members of the public and other animals.
Digital Academies are educational resources designed to support owners in understanding behaviour and learning practical skills.
Academy purchases provide access only to the products purchased.

All website content, academy videos, written material, downloadable resources, branding, graphics, logos and training materials remain the intellectual property of It's Paw Choice Dog Training unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, shared, sold or published without prior written permission.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, stored and processed.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, services or business practices.
The latest version will always be published on this website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
