These Academy Terms explain how your digital academy access works, what you are permitted to do with your purchase and how we protect the learning platform for every member.
These terms ensure every customer receives the full value of the Digital Academies whilst protecting the time, knowledge and resources invested into creating them.

These Academy Terms apply to all Digital Academy purchases made through It's Paw Choice Dog Training.
By purchasing or accessing an Academy you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Your purchase provides access to the Academy or Academies selected at the time of payment.

✔ Reactivity Academy
✔ Bundle Access where purchased
✔ Lifetime access to purchased content
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Academy platform operated by It's Paw Choice Dog Training.
Academy access is licensed to a single purchaser.
Your login details and passwords must not be shared with friends, family members, clients, trainers or any third party.
Each purchase grants one personal licence only.
You are responsible for keeping your Academy password secure.
If you believe your password has been accessed by somebody else, please contact It's Paw Choice Dog Training immediately.
Repeated unauthorised sharing may result in Academy access being suspended or permanently removed.
All videos, written lessons, downloads, graphics, branding, module content, PDFs, worksheets and educational resources remain the intellectual property of It's Paw Choice Dog Training.
Purchasing an Academy gives you permission to access the content — it does not transfer ownership.
To protect the Academies and our members, the following activities are prohibited:
✖ Sharing passwords.
✖ Uploading videos elsewhere.
✖ Copying lessons.
✖ Recording Academy videos.
✖ Redistributing downloads.
✖ Selling Academy material.
✖ Using Academy content to create competing products.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will generally not be provided once Academy access has been issued and the purchaser has received access credentials.
If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing access, please contact It's Paw Choice Dog Training and every reasonable effort will be made to resolve the issue.
The Digital Academies are educational resources designed to help owners better understand canine behaviour and develop practical skills.
They are not intended to replace professional veterinary advice or individual Behaviour Assessments where these are required.
Some behavioural cases, particularly those involving aggression, significant bite risk or complex behavioural concerns, may require professional one-to-one support.
Every dog learns differently. Progress depends upon genetics, previous learning experiences, health, environment, consistency and owner implementation.
Whilst the Academies provide structured education and practical guidance, no specific behavioural outcome can ever be guaranteed.
From time to time the Academies may be updated, expanded or improved. Modules may be amended, replaced or reorganised to improve the learning experience.
Temporary maintenance or downtime may occasionally occur whilst updates are being carried out.
It's Paw Choice Dog Training reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove Academy access where there is evidence of password sharing, content redistribution, copyright infringement or any misuse of the learning platform.
Where appropriate, access may be restored once the issue has been resolved.
Academy content is provided in good faith to support dog owners in understanding behaviour.
It's Paw Choice Dog Training accepts no liability for losses arising from misuse of Academy content, failure to follow guidance or applying techniques in unsuitable situations.
Owners remain responsible for their dog's behaviour and for making safe decisions appropriate to their individual circumstances.
These Academy Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements to the Academies, legal requirements or business changes.
The latest version will always be published on this website.
These Academy Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to Academy purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
